As the second project completed for Augustana College, this three-story, 96,500 s.f. residence hall provides suite-style transitional living for both upperclassmen and freshmen. With 239 beds, this residence hall also includes student lounges, study areas, and a snack/vending area.
This project was fast-tracked and completed in 10 months – two weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate student move-in schedules.
