Greg Sikora Joins as Market President – Kansas City
OLATHE, KS – Russell is proud to announce the addition of Greg Sikora as the new Market President – Kansas City.
Greg comes to Russell from Black & Veatch and brings over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, project management and business development. Prior to joining Russell, Greg was the Director of Construction, Data Centers / Mission Critical in the Overland Park, KS Black & Veatch office focused on all work within the United States and supporting international work opportunities.
A 22-year resident of the Kansas City metro, Greg is passionate about serving his community through roles with various organizations over his career, including the Associates Builders & Contractors, Lean Construction Institute-Kansas City, The Builder’s Association, and the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. Originally from Nebraska, Greg graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
In the newly formed Market President – Kansas City role, Greg will develop the strategy and growth of the local office and collaborate with operational leaders on the execution of projects to ensure we are exceeding our clients’ expectations, every time. Greg will also be instrumental in mentoring and developing the next generation of Russell leaders.

Greg officially started with Russell on May 16th and has hit the ground running, including hiring new team members and actively engaging with projects in the Kansas City metro area.
