Tom Manning
Executive Vice President
As an Executive Vice President located in our Kansas City office, Tom is responsible for cultivating Business Development leads and acting in an executive capacity on major projects. Tom has established himself within the Kansas City region as a prominent construction manager and business owner, utilizing his over 40 years of experience in enhanced customer relationship perspectives to strengthen the Russell team.
Prior to joining Russell, Tom successfully owned and managed Manning Construction for over 27 years. Nearing the end of his working career, Tom joined forces with Russell in 2022, as a way to wind-down his established firm and ensure the placement of several long-term employees.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Kansas University. Well established within his community, Tom has been a past chair of the Olathe Public Schools Foundation and board member for the Gillis Home for Children. Currently, Tom is a member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce.
