As a Project Director, Sam organizes, leads, and executes specialized projects to ensure a successful delivery and a satisfied client.
Sam received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Seattle University. As the son of CEO Jim Russell, Sam has a lifelong connection to the industry and the company.
Passionate about serving the community, outside of work, Sam is active in the community through volunteer work with United Way of the Quad Cities and serves on the board of River Music Experience.
