Michael Doucette
Director of Safety
As Director of Safety with over 25 years of experience, Mike is responsible for the overall administration and implementation of the corporate Construction Safety and Health Program. Mike spends a large majority of time traveling to various job sites and ensuring all safety procedures are in place and followed. He administers the Company Safety Program to ensure compliance with all OSHA, MSHA, DOT, NEC, US ARMY COE, state, local, client, and Russell safety standards.
Mike is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and is also involved in other organizations dedicated to safety, such as Quad City American Society of Safety Engineers, Iowa Illinois Safety Council, and Master Builders of Iowa (MBI). Mike’s passion for safety in construction has been recognized by the National Safety Council, honoring him as a Rising Star of Safety. He has also been recognized as Safety Professional of the Year by Master Builders of Iowa. Outside of work, Mike is a current board member of the Iowa Illinois Safety Council, a board in which he was once president.
