In his role Director of Preconstruction, Matt provides leadership to the Preconstruction efforts in our Kansas City office, directing their work with the project teams to provide both conceptual budget pricing and plan and spec bids. He provides schedule planning support and constructability reviews for projects of all divisions, ensuring an educated decision every time. With over 20 years of construction experience, Matt has managed and executed multi-million-dollar projects in the multi-family, hospitality, retail, institutional, sports, and education markets.
