Kelly Young
Vice President, Government Development
As the Vice President of Government Development with over 15 years of extensive experience, Kelly is responsible for executing Russell’s specialized full-service real estate development services to clients, including the federal government.
Passionate about leading and encouraging her peers, Kelly studied Business Management at Western Illinois University and is a recipient of the Main Street Iowa Leadership Award.
Kelly is heavily involved in the community, dedicating her time outside of work to volunteering for Junior Achievement of the Heartland, community economic development organizations including Renew Moline and Hilltop Campus Village, and the National Federal Developers Association (NFDA).
