D’Dree Leibold
Director of Operations - Facilities
D’Dree has played an integral role within Russell’s Facilities Management (RFM) team since 2016, and she currently serves as the Director of Operations – Facilities. Always on call, D’Dree oversees each of the properties managed by RFM, managing schedules and dispatching preventative maintenance vendors for both routine and emergency needs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, janitorial, and more.
D’Dree has been in various roles within the construction industry for nearly 30 years, from accounting, administration, and property management. She holds an Associate of Business Administration from Scott Community College and is a key volunteer for Gabe’s All-Inclusive Play Village.
