36th annual charity golf outing
all the information you need to know!
We look forward to you joining us on Monday, September 9th for the 36th Annual Russell Charity Golf Outing! Â All money raised will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Mississippi Valley. We could not do this without your participation, generous sponsorships, and donations, so THANK YOU!

checking your team in.
- Registration begins at 9 AM with a shotgun start promptly at 10 AM at Crow Valley Golf Club: 4315 East 60th St, Davenport, IA
- The driving range opens at 9AM.
- For ease of registration, your designated TEAM CAPTAIN is in charge of checking in your team upon arrival and letting the Russell Golf Committee know if there are any team no-shows and/or substitutions.
- TEAM CAPTAINS: CHECK-IN will be located at the driving range.
- Russell volunteers will be near the parking area to provide cart numbers to (non-captain players) while team captains check in.
- Coffee will be provided at the registration area.

- Crow Valley Golf Club will be utilizing Golf Genius, an app downloadable from the Apple and Android stores that does live score entry out on the course that immediately updates full field leaderboards on the app itself. Please make sure to have at least one person in your foursome download the app before play starts!
- A paper scorecard will be available for use during the outing.
- Announcements will be conducted at 10:00 am and a horn will release all golf carts and signal the start of play!
- Drinks are complimentary on the course (Water, Soda, Gatorade, Domestic Beer and White Claws).
Please bring CASH if you would like to purchase any mixed drinks from the roaming beverage carts or at the half-way house. - Lunch will be served at the Clubhouse and Halfway House by Crow Valley employees starting at 11:30 AM.
- There will be a series of contest holes on the golf course as well, pay the pro, double your money, etc. Cash and credit card will be accepted. All the proceeds from these games will go directly to the charity.
- Credit cards and cash will be accepted at the contest holes.

- No metal spikes are allowed.
- Dress attire includes:
- Pants / Shorts / Bermuda Shorts / Skirts are permitted – however no short-shorts or short skirts, cut-offs or denim are allowed. All items must be of an appropriate and professional length.
- Collared shirts are required for all club facilities. No tank tops of any sort are allowed. A sleeveless, collared shirt is permitted.
19th Hole Reception.
- The award ceremony will take place immediately following the completion of golf. Please head to the pool area of Crow Valley where hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served.
- If you used a paper scorecard, please be sure to turn it into the golf clubhouse before leaving for home or attending the awards ceremony.
- The 50/50 winner and raffle prizes will be announced at the ceremony.
