Ethical Conduct
Russell Construction is a firm which is committed to performing work ethically and responsibly, across all construction projects. An ethical and responsible work environment requires Russell to not only perform according to the strict standards in its contracts, but also to investigate, remedy and report any concerns which are uncovered during the duration of any project. We firmly believe that it is within the best interest of all employees to act ethically and reasonably, even if this action should require the sacrifice of short-term profit.
In order to establish an ethical work environment, all Russell employees attended a mandatory two-day Ethics Training Seminar in October 2008. This seminar was presented by Attorney Durward E. Timmons, founder of Sherman & Howard's Government Contract Practice. Here, employees were instructed on the new Russell Corporate Ethics Program and coinciding Service Promise.
The reputation of Russell Construction for integrity and fair dealing, is one of our most important and valuable assets. Only hard work, honesty and conformance to Russell’s established Corporate Ethics Program can preserve and strengthen this asset.
