Project Description:

Russell is proud to have partnered with eServ, a Perot Systems Company based out of Peoria, IL, to build a new 32,500 s.f. office building.

Construction began on the newest member of the Birchwood Fields Office Park in January of 2008. This office building includes a structural steel frame, which is covered with white metal panels and a velour brick facade. Interior features include: open office space, a kitchen/break room with casual seating, private offices and conference rooms, and an exterior kitchen.

The look of the finished building resembles that of the other tenants of the Birchwood Fields Office Park including: Russell Construction and Merrill Lynch. Construction was completed in September of 2008.
