Project Profile:

Construction of the GRAFCO project included four phases over a five year time frame. The phases consisted of the following:

   Phase I - New 83,000 s.f. speculative building
   Phase II - Tenant fit-out to the existing speculative building and a 23,000 s.f. warehouse addition
   Phase III - Manufacturing fit-out of existing space
   Phase IV - 40,000 s.f. addition to existing warehouse
