Project Description:
Russell Construction was the recipient of the Master Builders of Iowa’s Masters Award for this $27.3 million Genesis Medical Center East Campus Expansion & Renovation Project. The award was created by Master Builders of Iowa to recognize the exceptional efforts of a construction team in executing the process of completing a project in the category for projects over $1 million.
The judging criteria included: meeting the challenge of the project; innovation in construction techniques equipment; material and state-of-the art advancements; excellence in project management/jobsite supervision and responsiveness to client needs.
