Project Description:

Partnering with SAAD Development Corporation out of Mobile, Alabama, Russell has completed construction of a 130,300 s.f. Freight Service Center for FedEx Freight.  GBC Design Inc. of Akron, Ohio, served as architect.  The new facility is set on a 70 acre plot of land in East Moline, and represents one of five major projects to move development efforts forward in the Illinois Quad City area.  This new hub will service four surrounding market areas and will bring 140 new jobs to the area.
