Russell Construction has been dedicated to federal government contracting since we were awarded our first contract with the Department of Defense at the Rock Island Arsenal in Rock Island, IL. Since then, we have delivered over $113,500,000 in projects through numerous Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Task Order (TOC) and Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC). These contracts have delivered a variety of projects for the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our proactive approach in small business participation and our regional delivery capabilities have allowed us to meet and exceed subcontracting goals, and continue to propel our growth in this market.
