Awards & Honors
We celebrate success; it is a defining element of our unique culture and is woven within the strands of our corporate DNA. We allow ourselves time to memorialize accomplishments, and evaluate future opportunities for improvement. Analyzing our success enables us to continually move the bar from good to exceptional, and leads to long-term growth.
We implement several internal award programs to recognize excellence in a variety of ways. The Marvin K. Miller Award is one program that was created in memory of a long term Superintendent who exemplified outstanding client service and community involvement. Each year, the Marvin K. Miller Award is presented to an employee who best demonstrates those ideals in his honor. The recipient is given a cash bonus, along with recognition on a plaque displayed prominently in our office.
