2009 Saxcies Award - Safety Program of the Year
Russell Construction was selected for a 2009 Saxcies Award by the online safety organization SafetyXChange, in the category of Safety Program of the Year. Out of hundreds of entries nationwide the Russell safety program was chosen as one of the top five finalists in this category. Nominees were chosen based on their dedication to: on/off-the-job safety training, management buy-in, use of technology, employee involvement in safety, communication, awareness building, supervisory leadership, auditing, performance measurement, accident investigation, and culture building.
