New Government Client Awards Project to Russell

As a leading Quad Cities government contractor, Russell Construction is proud to announce the recent award of a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Rock Island, IL District project. Located in Morris, IL, the Dresden Lock & Dam project consists of emergency mass underwater cold weather concrete placement in a limited access marine environment, in the vicinity of an operating navigation dam. This project was awarded in January 2010 and is expected to be finished in April 2010.

This $2,900,000 project is the first one that Russell has been awarded from the USACE – Rock Island, IL District.
