New Project - Von Maur E-Commerce

Russell Construction is proud to announce the recent award of the Von Maur E-Commerce project located in Davenport, IA. This new construction project consists of approximately 12,000 s.f. of open office space and a 45,000 s.f. pre-cast concrete warehouse. Estimated at $4,000,000, this project is set to start in March 2010 and be completed by October 2010.

This marks the 15 project that Russell has completed for Von Maur. Starting in 1997, Russell traveled all across the Midwest completing renovation projects for Von Maur retail facilities, in such locations as: Indianapolis, IN; Greenwood, IN; St. Charles, IL; Davenport, IA; Ann Arbor, MI; Moline, IL; Cedar Falls, IA; Normal, IL; Livonia, MI; Louisville, KY and Columbus, OH.

In total, Russell has completed over $85,000,000 in construction projects for this retail mogul.
