As a current stockholder and Board of Directors member, Kathy's responsibilities extend beyond the financial realm, as she is an active contributor to corporate strategic planning, client and subcontractor relations and work acquisition processes. As Chief Financial Officer for Russell Construction with 27 years of financial management experience, Kathy is the executive in charge of corporate finances and is a key member of our Real Estate Development, Human Resources, Risk Management and Safety teams. She is also actively engaged in Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA). Volunteering and community involvement remain a key passion for Kathy, and she lends time and talents to various local organizations, including Junior Achievement, Family Resources, United Way of the Quad Cities and Our Lady of Lourdes. Chris Krieg / Senior Vice President firstname.lastname@example.org As a Senior Vice President with over 14 years of industry experience, Chris provides executive leadership on all corporate projects, as well as, executive oversight of Business Development, Human Resources, Process Improvement and Preconstruction services at Russell. Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction and an Eagle Scout. Scott Ward / Senior Vice President email@example.com As a Senior Vice President with over 20 years of construction experience, Scott oversees all operational processes and staff, in conjunction with Chris Krieg, and ensures that each project has the proper resource allocation. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. Additionally, he is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design & Construction, a Certified Professional Estimator and certified in Construction Quality Management through the US Army Corps of Engineers. He gives back to the community through his Board involvement in Morning Star Academy, and by coaching youth soccer. David Smith / Vice President of Real Estate firstname.lastname@example.org As Vice President of Real Estate, Dave is responsible for all aspects of leasing, property management and tenant negotiations. Additionally, Dave oversees all commercial, retail and housing development, as well as entitlements and consulting services. David brings over 25 years of experience in the building and real estate business and leadership in the development of over 2.8 million square feet of retail space on a national level. David is a lifetime resident of Bettendorf, and has had deep and lasting Quad Cities community involvement. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1985 and was the former State Retail Chairman for Iowa and Nebraska. Dave also served as a Board Member for the John Deere Classic for nine years. Jay Goodin / Vice President email@example.com As a Vice President with over 20 years of industry experience, Jay is responsible for overseeing all healthcare related initiatives for Russell. Prior to joining our team, Jay was instrumental in planning and delivering many notable projects for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Jay holds a Master’s Degree in Executive Business Administration from the University of Iowa, Henry B. Tippie School of Management, an undergraduate degree in Economics and is a LEED Accredited Professional. John Daly / Vice President of Business Development firstname.lastname@example.org As a Vice President for Russell Construction with over 30 years of industry experience, John is responsible for overseeing all business development activities of the company. As a licensed architect, John brings unique perspectives and services to our clients during the planning phase. John has outstanding relationships with consultative experts in the financial, technologies, design and reimbursement sectors which translate to added value to our clients. John maintains positive relationships with many professional organizations, such as the American Institute of Architects, American College of Healthcare Executives, American Society of Healthcare Engineers, Associated General Contractors, Illinois Hospital Association, Iowa Hospital Association, Illinois Association of School Business Officials and the Chicago Healthcare Executive Forum. Jennifer Belby / Corporate Counsel email@example.com Jennifer Belby joins Russell as Corporate Counsel and Director of Real Estate, bringing 10 years of contract negotiation and execution experience, property management and real estate law expertise. In this role, Jennifer leads and directs real estate development matters, including development of property management. As general counsel, Jennifer provides integral legal guidance and service for construction, real estate, and general corporate matters. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa, and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. As a community advocate, Jennifer is actively involved with the Humane Society of Scott County, by serving on their Board of Directors and Volunteer and Animal Well Being committees. Mike Doucette / Director of Safety firstname.lastname@example.org As Director of Safety, Mike is responsible for the overall administration and implementation of the Construction Safety and Health Program for the company. Mike spends a large majority of time traveling to various job sites and ensuring all safety procedures are in place and followed. He administers the Company Safety Program to ensure compliance with all OSHA, MSHA, DOT, NEC, US ARMY COE, state, local, client and Russell safety standards. As a Certified Safety Professional, Mike is also involved in other organizations dedicated to safety, such as: Quad City American Society of Safety Engineers, Iowa Illinois Safety Council, Illowa Safety Committee and the Master Builders of Iowa Safety Task Force. He is also a qualified crane and rigging inspector, as well as a licensed Lead Supervisor.
